What to expect

We are just like you. We don’t like surprises and like to understand what to expect when dealing with someone, not only for the first time, but on an ongoing basis.

What you can expect from Froudies Property Enhancement can be summarised by:

When you first contact us we will respond as soon as we can. 

If we are on a job we will have our head down delivering value to that valued customer and this may mean it is later that day or the following day before we can get back to you, but we aim to at least let you know that we have received your request.

If you phone us and we are in the middle of something, we may not be in a position to answer your call, or if we do we may need to call you back later.

We appreciate your understanding.

Once we connect, the first thing we will need to understand is what you are looking to have done and we will ask a few questions to ensure we are clear.

If at that stage we (both) feel we are able to help we are most likely to arrange a time to look at the job, and if we think it is better suited to someone else we will let you know.

At that point if we agree that we can work together then we will provide you with an estimate of the investment (a rough price) and if acceptable we will work to provide a more detailed scope and price.

From there we (you and I) will agree on how to move forward and get it scheduled in.

If at any stage you are unsure of something please ask as in our experience uncertainty and differing expectations only lead to disappointment for one or all parties.

As we move forward we will keep you informed of the progress and if anything changes.

Sometimes due to unexpected changes (e.g. COVID lockdown, inclement weather), we do need to reschedule appointments, start and completion dates but we will let you know.
